1-I am clicking on the books on my ActiveLearn account but they do not open.

When you click on the “Open” button to open the books, pop-up blocker shows up at the top-right corner of your browser. You need to allow “pop-ups” to be able to access ActiveLearn.

2- The window that asks login credentials is not showed when I access to “www.activelearnprimary.co.uk”

Make sure that your internet browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.) is up to date. The problem is due to browser updates. You may update your browser from the Settings tab.

3- I am sure that my login credentials are correct but I cannot login to my account. I am getting an error message.

You need to use www.activelearnprimary.co.uk/login?c=0 address to access to ActiveLearn platform.

Besides, you may clear your browser cookies. To do so on Google Chrome, you may follow the instructions below:

    1- Run Google Chrome on your computer.

    2- Click on the button that has three dots at the top-right corner of your browser, click on the Settings option from the menu. On the next window, click on the Clear browser data button on the Advanced section.

    3- Choose the time range and the data types that you want to delete and click on the Clear Data button.
